I might take a pic of it and convert it to PDF! Luckily I have access to Adobe Pro through my work laptop.

Where does one even go to find a notary lol. I was going to work on that last haha

TD bank will do it for free even if you are not a customer there. I became very friendly with my local TD when I was getting approved for my lotto earlier this summer.

No problem, most banks don't offer notary anymore! I'll add, you can make an appointment on their website. Depending on the location and how busy it is this may be necessary but I was always able to walk in and have it done. Good luck!
