Has anyone been contacted to submit additional documents yet? I feel like there’s been no movement for a while

I saw on StreetEasy that the G line is beautiful! It has its own work from home space!

I was just asked today for a loooong list of additional docs. Although I think most of them are not applicable to me.

May I kindly ask how do you know? I have the same landlord (won 3 apartments with them in different buildings lol). I was up for a mini lottery apartment with a WFH room - just like that G apartment. I was extremely excited but they unqualified my application by raising the income by several thousands. This was after I submitted documents. I now make what they were asking for back then but at the time I didn’t. I did not know they could do that and was so disappointed. Anyway, I got what I wanted but the WFH room would’ve been the cherry on top of the ice cream.

Sorry to hear! Didn’t realize they can change the income limits after u already submitted documents! Doesn’t sound fair at all

I don’t know for certain lol but based off the layouts provided to applicants who have already moved in, none of the WFH units were offered.

I was wondering when they’ll get to you! Do you mind sharing what all they have asked for?
