I don’t know for certain lol but based off the layouts provided to applicants who have already moved in, none of the WFH units were offered.
Yes which is why - I forgot to add I think you’re right! At least about this landlord.

They asked for some things that have already been sent, checking/savings statements, paystubs, tax returns, ID, social security, notarized letter from employer, proof of termination at previous jobs, explanations for every deposit made that doesn't correspond to payroll, proof of assets, etc.

I could be wise to tell them which documents don’t apply to your application and why. Otherwise, someone might think those documents are missing or in the mail or whatever.

The laundry list of documents isn't SO bad if you don't have assets lol It's annoying that they give you only 5 days. So I have to draft a letter from my employer, get my employer to sign it and get it notarized all within today and tomorrow because I can't do that on Saturday/Sunday!

Yes, I'm going to put together some sort of cover letter including that, thanks!

Draft a letter from your employer? For employment verification? My employer does that electronically using a 3rd party. Do I then have them notarize that document or can I bring it to a notary myself?

Sorry if the qs is dumb I’ve never had to notarize anything EVER lol so unsure if the process

This one may only apply to me because of my situation. I receive some money in cash so I think they want proof of that.

On housing connect it says I have until 09/21 so I guess they do mean business days? It doesn't say business days in the email. I'm just going to try to get everything together by Sunday either way.

Yeah I would do the same just to play it safe. Maybe you can call and confirm as well in case u do need until 9/21.

What type of proof of termination from prior employers is needed? I worked for 3 dif companies in 2021, the 3rd is my current employer. Getting in contact with my old employer is so tough nobody answers the phone lol

proof of end of employment or a notarized self-affidavit stating last date of employment for any previous jobs listed on application or current tax return

That's what it says in the email. And yes I did call and they said 09/21 is fine!
