Nice! I asked if I can get a higher floor for the E line but she said that’s all that’s left

Hmmm Ghost, did you confirm with someone that that is why there are two different price points for E? Because according to the floor plans they sent me, floors 21-25 are $2772 and have no foyer. It shows that floors 15-20 have the foyer.

Thanks everyone for the detailed reviews!! Abcdef, did you mount your tv on the wall next to the kitchen counter? I’m not sure how I’m going to center my furniture around the tv with that layout.

I didn’t confirm with anyone I just went by the floorplans sent. Yeah the one for 2,559 has a non existent foyer lol. I would’ve loved a proper foyer but $2,772 + amenities is out of my budget.

Which price point did you choose?

Wait I just reread your post. I think they got their floorings messed up.

It should be 21-43 for $2,559 with no foyer. And 15-20 for $2,772 with a foyer (assuming floorplans are correct)

I didn’t confirm with anyone though.

Yeah I chose E for $2559. But yeah they must have made a mistake there, otherwise there is a different reason for the price difference.

Yeah I definitely think someone made a mistake and they’re recirculating this incorrect email lol. According to the floorplans the cheaper E line doesn’t have a south facing window but abcdef confirmed they do.
