Yea they said there will be a dog run (yay) no idea how big that section will be but I’m excited because there’s not really many places to walk your dog over here lol
Has anyone that moved in noticed any signs of any pest issues? Like roaches or "water bugs?" I know it's a brand new building but it's NYC and still a concern of mine. And sorry for all of the questions but I'm getting anxious since I'll have to make the official decision to move in soon!
I signed the TIC yesterday and saw 2 documents uploaded on HC by administrator (close to 5pm). Does this mean it was finally sent to HPD?
YES! Once you see the TIC documents uploaded by the agency, that means your file was sent! It should say "under review" now and will change to "review complete" once HPD approves. You're on your way!

Thank you!!! I wasn’t sure because my status has been “under review” from my first document submission haha. Hopefully I hear back today! Don’t want to wait another weekend
