I so sick of seeing high log numbers, everything I go to see log number I don't even expect anything under 5,000 anymore its such a jungle out here lol I am waiting to see the other Kent st building numbers and Chester commons and 40 Oak praying I hit a lower log number with those they have way more units.

I'm waiting on all the exact same ones, lol. 40 Oak I think will be a long process regardless of log # because of CB and I don't think the building is complete yet. I've noticed with other buildings in similar situation have been taking longer.
