No I wasn’t contacted and I’m not quite sure why. I was going for a 1 bedroom, and my AMI is 70%. But then again I also had CB preference for 2269 1st Avenue. Practically live next door, never got any calls and that building was snatched up and processed in 2.5 seconds. I’m noticing that costlier units where the rent starts above $2000 do not take long to proceed and move in. Especially if they feature on iaffordny.
Maybe they weren’t much unit in your AMI bracket

I also noticed the ones where the rent starts at 2k (130 AMI) they don’t list any CB preference. Like all the ones in Brooklyn right now that are 130AMI don’t list CB which speeds up the process. They can just start calling ppl in batches rather than worrying about filling 50% of units to CB first then going through the regular list.

That’s possible. I’ve let it go though, I want Sendero Verde more than anything else. Hopefully my AMI pulls through bc I’m in between two AMIs and valid for 62 units (38% of the CB allotment) and it’s not the highest AMI but it’s pretty much up there.
