I so sick of seeing high log numbers, everything I go to see log number I don't even expect anything under 5,000 anymore its such a jungle out here lol I am waiting to see the other Kent st building numbers and Chester commons and 40 Oak praying I hit a lower log number with those they have way more units.

Hi, I have log# 9,xxx no CB but i noticed i receive low log #s for lotteries not in my CB. I have CB for Apex place and my log# is 49,xxx smh. I was shocked when i saw my log#. I also fall into 3 AMI's so all i have is prayer and luck with this one. I learned via this site that it doesn't matter when you apply, the numbers are random. I applied for Apex within minutes of the lottery being posted. I applied for Sendero on the last day of the lottery ending and got 9,xxx. I wish the numbers were reversed. Wishing you all the best of luck!!

Yeah that’s seems to be the trend. I have CB for Sendero and my log is in the 40,000s HOWEVER I have no preference for Apex and my log number is <300. If only we could switch our luck. Wishing it goes well for all of us! Have a good day y’all.

No I wasn’t contacted and I’m not quite sure why. I was going for a 1 bedroom, and my AMI is 70%. But then again I also had CB preference for 2269 1st Avenue. Practically live next door, never got any calls and that building was snatched up and processed in 2.5 seconds. I’m noticing that costlier units where the rent starts above $2000 do not take long to proceed and move in. Especially if they feature on iaffordny.
