I got final approval on this Tuesday. So excited to move into this building
Here is my timeline:
05/09/23 Get connected to submit document
05/11/23 Add more documents
05/17/23 Toured the apartment
05/30/23 Signed Affidavit and drop money order for background checking
06/07/23 TIC document uploaded to HPD
06/20/23 Receive HPD Approval notice. And I select the move-in date on July 1st.

Yes it changed from Under Review to Review Complete
