They will never say nope. At most they might just ask for a further explanation of your documents.

Just submitted additional documents. Really curious to see how the 2 bedrooms look... hoping it's spacious.

When I went to see my two bedroom the agent let me tour all the other available units. The only 2 bedroom units left were views into courtyard, which get little to no sunlight. I would know, I live in a courtyard view currently at 5 blue slip. All of them had galley kitchens.

Thanks for the info, I really appreciate. I'm a light sleep wake up every time the sun rises in my face, so light sunlight doesn't bother me. As far as a galley kitchen is it one of those where you open the door and you're in the kitchen? Also are the rooms spacious? My one bedroom is 12x12. Are there 1 or 2 bathrooms?

The bedrooms were spacious for sure - galley in that the kitchen is just one wall , no Island. Earlier in this forum someone posted a link where you can see literally every single apartment at 27 eagle - it was like widget.peek something . Click the little house icon and go on “ all available amenities “ and you’ll see every single unit. The 2 bedrooms left the x56, x57 x42, x43 ( all 2 bedroom). And my mistake , x56 was not courtyard , but galley kitchen

The widget link I see only shows 3 bedrooms in 27 Eagle. Everything else is 227 Eagle and 1 West. I'm just hoping all my paperwork goes through and I get approved. Do you know if they do joint credit checks or just a credit check for the HOH?
