I have a low log number, but for my own sanity I’m assuming the 80 ami studio has already been filled. I do wonder how they decide how to split the apartments 50/50 between CB preferences and general public. Since there’s only one 80 ami studio unit, have they already given it to a CB preference or will they give it to a general public application? hmmm

I would assume the 50% preference is for the entire lottery, not unit by unit, AMI by AMi. Those with CB preference take their pick, what units are leftover is a matter of chance. If there is only one studio unit, it could be take by an applicant with CB preference but it’s mathematically possible that none of the CB preference applicants qualify for a studio or reject it.
