just a question. I got an email about an open house. I know this does not guarantee anything, but why would they do this as opposed to just going through the log numbers? Anyone else get this email? Seems like a little unorthodox??

I also received this email! Months ago they told me they were done filling units and would let me know if anything changed, so I also thought this was odd. I'm log#8xx
I'm wondering if they're just trying to narrow it down instead of going through everyone and seeing who meets the 130% AMI criteria
The apts they have left are the smallest of the smallest. 1 bedrooms 9 x 8, at the back of the building. I’m guessing these are the tiniest. The studio actually has a water view, but is the alcove one.
Yeah, the open house email says they will 'assume you are no longer interested if they don't hear back by Dec 6'. I replied immediately that I will be at the open house and requested receipt of my email. Crickets.

This open house, with possibly many tens or even hundred+ log numbers milling around the tiny apts will make them look even smaller. Treat the lottery pool like rats.
