They might not have an option for 2 beds and 2 bathrooms but you can contact them and ask!
I’m a little worried to ask, I don’t want them to think I’m annoying or ungrateful. I’m awkward when it comes to “confrontation” lol I may just stick with what they offered me.

Many of us have felt the same way at one time or another.
You might ask, ‘are there other units available?’, without getting into specifics. Certainly it’s reasonable to ask, ‘this unit I am touring, is it just a sample or is this the unit I would get?’
Much if it comes down to luck and what log#s do before you. It could be there are several units left that you qualify for or just one left.
I suspect a second bathroom would mean a higher rent no matter the AMI level. Also, like lower AMI units, units with a second bathroom would likely get picked up early in the process.
I think you should ask! Or at least even ask to see a different apt with a different living room layout! But either way the apartment you showed us is beautiful
Pretty much, yes. They will be sending all the required documents to HPD for approval.
I’m in the same boat as you are, but I already sent in all of my documents! Please update how things go for you.
I'm so nervous! Did they ask you to provide an I-3 form? My employer does not want to provide it because they only provide their own employment verification form. I submitted this and informed the agent, but not sure if it's sufficient. I'm so scared! Is there an instance where HPD takes longer than 2 weeks to approve/reject?

Yes, they required it for my husband. His employer filled it out thankfully. Is there anyway you could escalate this to someone in HR? The agent was adamant we had to complete this form & not the one his job provides.
I’m not sure if HPD takes longer than 2 weeks to approve or reject. I made a separate post asking the same question and it seems everyone was approved within a few days to a week.

Good luck and good patience.
Thank you so much! Your posts are always so helpful and kind!

Thank you! I am very happy with the layout. I went on 3Eleven’s website, and they have a video tour of the same exact apartment that I seem to have been given. If anyone wants the link, I can share it. It’s available on their website.
Their videos are very accurate I’d say

Nicely ask your supervisor to inform HR that you consider this matter very important.

I should ask again but it's pretty strict. I heard for other lotteries (which one of my friends won) they did not even ask for the I-3. In the meantime, I provided them the form my employer usually provides and resent my most updated pay stubs. I hope this doesn't disqualify me. How is your lease situation currently? That's another problem I can't seem to figure out how to solve cos we don't even know the timeline for this and I don't know how to bring it up to my landlord at this point lol.
Someone in our household has delinquencies on their credit (no more than 5k), and the housing specialist is asking for proof that they are working to pay off their credit. How do we show proof of that? I’m a little nervous that this may get in the way of us getting approved. We can pay the rent, so I’m definitely scared of this getting in the way.
