is that a studio ? If that’s a one bedroom the living room is standard
2 bedroom. It’s a decent size, I guess I just feel it looks a little awkward in terms of placement for furniture. I’m trying to think of how I’m going to make certain things fit.

Pretty much, yes. They will be sending all the required documents to HPD for approval.
