I checked out the developer's website and it shows final construction/occupation set for Summer 2023.

So basically all the people contacted later would get an apartment on a higher floor. Sounds good to me!

Anyone hear of any updates? New log #s called? Seems like its been a bit of a pause and I'm hoping they get through some more log #s before all the holidays start coming up. Has anyone spoken to the management company recently? Any more info anyone has would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Anyone non CB called yet? No one’s updated the worksheet so it’s hard to know where they are with log #s.

I think the biggest issue is that the building is not fully constructed. I believe that the only units being rented at the moment are the smaller side building (which I think is about 20 floors) and from my understanding, most of those units are alreadt taken by market rate tenants. Without the full 60 story building complete, they most likely cannot even show CB people the units. I think we have to settle in for the long haul (((

Not sure what’s happening with this project. I called Fifth Ave committee to ask the project manager questions but couldn’t get a hold of her. Called 3eleven and was told up to about the 30th floor is ready and rest should be completely by end of February. She did mentioned there are residents already. If anyone reached out to fifth Ave comm please let me know what they say and where they stand with applicants. Hoping they started reaching out already.
