Congratulations!! We’ll be neighbors soon. After receiving approval, how fast did they give you a move in date? My housing specialist said I should be hearing from the property manager soon. That was on Friday so I’m assuming they will contact me in the new week.

Also, did you have to pay a security deposit? If so, is it the same price as first months rent? Thanks in advance!!

Omg!! Congrats! So was it less than a week that they approved? Do you know when your lease signing is and when you’re moving in?

Thank you My documents were sent to HPD 1/23 and I was officially approved on 2/3! The housing agent said the property manager for the building will be reaching out to me to sign lease and next steps soon. She said that on Friday, so hopefully I hear something back today.

Ahhh, that's so fast! Thanks for the update. Really helps in getting the idea of the timeline. Hope you could update us on the process for lease signing and how flexible they are about the move-in date. Congrats again!

Congratulations! Did the property manager take long to contact you? It’s been 1 week since my housing specialist said they would and I still haven’t heard anything.

I received approval from HPD the first week of February and I still haven’t heard anything back from the property manager. For those who are already moved in, did it take long for them to contact you?

The housing specialist handling my case apologized for the wait last week & thanked me for my patience. She said she’d follow up with them (Tuesday 2/7), but as of Monday 2/13 12pm still nothing. Is it normal? I’m sorry to be annoying but I’m a little worried lol
