They should’ve given a definite answer. If I go and view it when after HDC approves me, I’ll ask.

What floor is your unit on a lower or higher floor?

It’s $300/month for MR tenants, I’d assume it’s the same for the lottery.

Source: I toured the MR units, the appliances and fixtures are more high end in the MR units. Amenities fee is around $100/month.

The buildings fees seem to be on the pricier side for sure. Kinda surprised.

Just got the email that I have been approved by HDC and my agent said I have to contact the property manager to view the unit.

This approval was very fast and I’m excited to view the apartment. I also just gave my landlord notice that I’ll be moving next month so hopefully I can sign a lease by the middle of December latest.

No CB but my log is 18X and I have a voucher so I fit all of the AMI’s
