They are nowhere near general population. We told you this already earlier.

I was approved today, a month after they first contacted me to submit documents. Log #8XX w/ CB preference. Still have to view the apartment next week and then sign the lease. I was given a 1 BR on one of the high up floors. Super excited to move in. Curious to know what move in date I'll get.

Congrats. Keep in mind the units are very small.

Really? That’s crazy. Do you know the dimensions of your bedroom?

Thanks,
I'm okay with the size. The city5 agent said its 584 sq ft. I'm literally coming from a futon in a basement shared with 3 other people so I'm grateful.

No I don’t know the dimensions but the 1 bedrooms are usually under 500 square feet. You can’t fit an entire bedroom set inside of it. I didn’t move anything in yet since I have to clean up, but you should see the unit before moving any furniture in.

Oh you got a bigger size, you got lucky. My agent gave me a smaller unit and kept saying that’s all she could assign even though she says she was giving lower log numbers the bigger unit. I wish I got your size or something bigger, but I definitely tell people to keep in mind that these units are small as hell. The people paying market rate are being taken advantage of.

I saw the apartment earlier. I really like it. It is smaller, but it's the perfect size for 1 person. 1 closet but its not a walk in, so I will probably get a storage bed, chest of drawers in the living room instead of a TV stand, couch with storage etc. I'm starting from scratch so I can make it work for sure. Wish I got a unit with an island, but I'm still happy nonetheless. The view is awesome so I am very pleased. Definitely agree that the MR tenants are paying too much. But maybe the convenience of the washer and dryer might make up for that?

None of the units have an island. Your kitchen is probably an open space. Almost all 1 bedrooms have one closet unfortunately but you can make it work with furniture. Definitely measure before bringing anything in because the units are small. You won’t want clutter. I already have bedroom furniture so I’m just buying living room furniture in the future.
