Sabavoon beat me to it. Good work!

Here’s the one-bedroom at 515 East 14th Street, 9D. Rent is $3,418. It’s been taken down already. Platinum finish.

Here is the 3D tour. The building is located directly on 14th Street, pretty much across from Target.

As Sabavoon posted, this is another one-bedroom, 5 Oval, Apt 3 D. This one was already posted, on April 18. I guess the three people who applied either dropped out or didn’t qualify, so it’s back.

This happens to be a really nice one. The location is great, and the views out the windows seem primo.

Here’s the 3D tour for this apartment. You can see how nice the views are.

In my opinion, this one is worth the money. And it’s off the site already!

And Sabavoon, yes, I’m trying to help my daughter’s friend and she can’t pay more than $3,000, so she’s looking for something toward the bottom of the price range, like you.

And now a two-bedroom! Great price and location, 624 East 20th Street, 7B. $3,712.

It’s not the platinum finish, so it doesn’t have the fancy open kitchen. Still, the price is decent.
Here’s the 3D tour:

Wow, that one went fast!

Wow, I was thinking of you when saw the listing. Wonderful! It's a very nice location, and the "older" renovation means the price is better.

It really went fast! I commend you for seeing it in time to apply. I'm so glad! Best of luck!

Thank you so much. Let's see if this works. I'm currently in a 1st floor Platinum finish one bedroom that I snatched last summer from the website priced only for $3,450. I'm considering the move mainly for the extra bedroom and for a slightly better location and floor.

I assume you have more than one person in your household?

Great! Also, I was talking to another resident yesterday who told me that if you’re moving within Stuy Town/PCV, you don’t have to worry about getting out of your current lease. Management will end your original lease and start the new one. That’s one less thing to worry about. (Of course, please confirm with the office.)

Also, for anyone winning one of these units, remember to ask, Is this apartment rent stabilized, and for how long going forward?
