A one-bedroom in 15 Stuy Oval, Apt. 3H. I actually didn't record the rent, but it was around $3,400. The interesting thing about this unit is that it is already set up as a “junior” two-bedroom, with the extra walls. So while there is no real living room, you’d have a second “bedroom” (I don’t think there is a closet). On the regular website, this design is called a junior two-bedroom with a “sleeping area.”
It's a very nice apartment, but you will probably get noise from the basketball court, since I think I see a hoop out the window.
The second one is a "real" two-bedroom at 524 East 20th Street, Apt. 7H. The rent is $4,056. Classic finish, good location. This unit may overlook the ice skating rink in the winter months, but not sure because I can't see out of one of the primary bedroom windows on the tour.
one was posted at 7:26 am and the other one at 8:06 am. Random pattern but I have seen few that gets posted around 7:25-7:35 but mostly will be posted after 8 am.
Something cheaper! Definitely good! Keep in mind, though, that this is on the ground floor.
