I missed that one!

There are no junior one-bedrooms that I know of. (There are only junior two-bedrooms and maybe three-bedrooms.) Was it the same one that had already been posted?

Some of these Oval ground-floor apartments face the walkways, with people always passing by and able to look in.

The previous one:

16 Stuyvesant Oval, Apt 0TA

$2,826

The Peter Cooper one that I posted went really quickly.

It wasnt this one the plan was different the square footage are around 700 sqf! I remmeber it having TA in the address though. All of them went so fast today. I was just too tired to get up the bed and go to computer so was looking at them with my phone. I saw Junior label on it was surprised as well.

Maybe because it's on the ground floor the space for a public hallway was cut out of this apartment. I apologize for doubting you!

Now I'm curious!

It's hard to do on a phone when you're actually having a conversation on said phone.

I think there are a small number of some ground floor apartments that were not original, but created later on from what was storage space or something like that and are configured differently (like studios). I read something about it in a FB group or maybe in the original ST lottery thread. I don't know how accurate it is.

There are a small number of studios that were created out of storage rooms a couple of years ago, but not one-bedrooms that I am aware of. The resulting studios are very fancy and very expensive.

I remember that one looked like a studio turned into one bedroom apartment.

I guess it's possible! There is at least one studio layout that I saw photos of that had a bedroom-like space. I don't think there was a separate window, though.

I haven't seen anything yet today. Have you? A half hour to go!

Not yet. I think they would post tomorrow, not today. I think there is one day between two posts at least.
