I am happy with one that goes for $3,000-$3,500 if it's two bedrooms.
So few two bedrooms available and I missed them all.

There was one 2 bedroom earlier that was advertised as one bedroom when you see the Matterport view it was clearly two bedroom (15 Stuyvesant Oval, Apt 03H)
Other than that there was no two bedroom today.

That apartment is not really a two-bedroom. It's a one-bedroom that had extra walls added. For the purposes of the lottery, ST is not allowed to call it a two-bedroom. On the regular Stuy Town rental site, it's called a "flex" two-bedroom, which lacks a living room.

I wasn't able to check the site this morning, so thank you for posting all that info. I'm sorry we seem to be back to the same-old, same-old $3,500 one-bedrooms.

I would be happy to get one of those flexed two bedrooms, and have a seperate home office from my own bedroom

I agree that a home office is good, but I would rather have a living room and stick a desk in a corner somewhere.

I agree, I also prefer a standard one bedroom to a 'flex.' I think they're doing the right thing not advertising that unit as a two bedroom since it's a one bedroom with a wall. It might work better for folks that split the rent and want separate rooms and no common areas.

I didn't see any apartments today. Sabavoon, I bet you're right about Tuesday and Thursday. Maybe ST has a part-timer who comes in those days and was hired to get the apartments online.

There had been some stuff on other days but mostly it is Tuesday and Thursday. 4th of July was a Tuesday so it makes sense that they come and post even though it is a holiday.
