This is a very good price and the apartment is facing one of the flags in the smaller secondary courts. I think it's a nice view. Unfortunately there's scaffolding that'll obstruct the view of this unit for a while.
Thanks a lot for sharing the map! I tried searching for it online but couldn't find a high-quality version. Where'd you manage to get the print version?

I was given it by the stuytown leasing office after I toured my apt a few weeks ago
She is going to have a blast at the skating rink and so many kids attend Baruch so she is going to be around her friends all the time. STPCV have great Facebook groups as well (Stuytown Moms, Community Giving and and Interior Design Group). They are all run by wonderful community members.
Thanks so much! I will definitely check out the Facebook and instagram groups! Here's to hoping to be a future "Stuytown Mom" lol
I just received the offer on 440 East 23rd Street, 14D! They really are working fast to get apartments filled. I'm really excited and thankful, however, I still have 2 months on my lease where I am currently, so I need to work that out. Overall, I think I'm still in shock that I was approved so quickly!

Usually, the start date should be one month max after your approval date, not sure if Stuytown does it the same way other agencies do and offers that to their stabilized lease applicants.
If that's the case one month's overlap isn't the worst, gives you time to move and be in between the two apartments till you're good to go. But you can always check with your current landlord
Congratulations !!
