Well, if you wanted the apartment, I hope you pushed back. Both of the emails very clearly say "business days". They each just say a different number of business days.

I decided not to pursue it, but did tell them the language should be changed in the email from business days to calendar days if they plan to count weekends.

Wishing luck to everyone else who is looking for or is in middle of process.
Hi Sabavoon - I finally saw the apartment and it's beyond gorge. I am so over the moon. I noticed not many apts were online this week - if any? I wonder if they are slowing the process down? I hope not! I will be moving in 3 weeks!

One bedroom, one bath
360 First Ave Apt 14A

I didn't get more details than that, but it was cheap. About $2100. Did anyone else see this one?

I also didn't get an app in in time, but I'm still feeling optimistic that we are seeing more affordable units being posted.

Wow, another one-bedroom bargain in Peter Cooper! I completely missed this one. It must have been gone in a minute or less. On a high floor also!

Wow, congrats on getting an application in! Should be a great apartment. It's on the top floor, I believe. Best of luck!
