Congrats MurryHillMomma! The wine fridge is such a nice touch!

Wow, great price for a two-bedroom! Did anyone happen to get the details?

There was one that was posted 410 East 20th Street, Apt 01-F for $21XX. It was up for a minute.

I put in an application without looking (and didn't even catch the actual price) because of the low price but would be grateful if anyone could let me know how high up this 1st floor would actually be and anything else about location (if you think it would have bars on windows, etc).

Also this is my first time posting and just want to thank everyone for their generosity here! I really appreciate that this conversation exists. Thank you.

Hey! Congrats on getting the application in.
The F-Line apartments at 410 East 20th Street are facing 20th Street and partially First Ave. I think 01-F is right above Rosemary’s
Here's another apartment on the F-line on an upper floor at the same address. https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=iNcNc63xFWW

Best of luck!

Wow, Maki, thanks a lot! I missed both of those bargains! They must have gone by really fast. I saw only the three-bedroom, and that was pretty reasonably priced.

Wow, congrats on such quick thinking and doing!!!

BA23, your apartment will be up two floors above the "terrace" level (the door visible in the photo). I doubt you will need the child bars, but they are not bad in any event.

The building is located directly on 20th Street, but that's not known as a noisy street. You will be near Hane, the Japanese restaurant, with Rosemary's on the other side of the street in PCV.

Also, judging from the 3D tour that VerynewinNYC posted, you will be set back in the building (in other words, not on the portion that juts out to the sidewalk). Very convenient location!

I think these will be your windows (circled):

I pulled into a station, refreshed my phone, and could not believe my eyes I also managed to get an application in for the one bedroom (although I wasn't able to submit the full application via the link in the email until 10am.) I'm not sure how the order is determined, but I'm still feeling optimistic that more affordable units are being posted lately.
