I was looking for the $2000 one. I hope we all get the affordable houses we are looking for. Fingers crossed for me as well. It was a bad 4th of July overall for me. First the house then later that day my bike got stolen lol.
If it makes you feel any better, the $2,000 one is facing 14th street on the ONLY area with no trees, right next to the bus stop. The sun is blazing the entire afternoon over that unit.

That is weird that a particular apartment repeated in the same day. Maybe StuyTown took the listing down too soon or something. I get the feeling that someone in the office there is on vacation and the fill-in person lacks experience.
I'm disappointed there have been three apartments today but none I would consider truly affordable.
