I think they didnt posted anything for two weeks just to make sure they can post the housing with updated AMI.
Yes, but the rents on individual ST units don't increase with the change in AMI. These apartments are rent stabilized.

It just means that the brackets change, and as the brackets increase, units that are more expensive can be included in this lottery.

So, your statement makes sense that there were a couple of units with rents that didn't fit into the bracket previously, but now they do.

Thanks for explaining it. It makes more sense now. Still will be on daily look for the lower rent units.

We inadvertently covered each other's “shift,” Sabavoon! With the same disappointing results. Plus, there's been nothing posted about people moving into 2021 ST lottery apartments either.

So far the only good thing that have been happened for me from this is it helped me to get up early in the morning and do morning workout for an hour while looking at gient monitor and refreshing every few minutes. Other than that everything have been disappointing.

A new StuyTown PDF was posted recently with the new 2023 165% AMI data. Max incomes and other changes were made. The text on the PDF says this. I don’t know if the min incomes were adjusted. Not sure if rents ranges adjusted or not, to reflect approved increases from whatever office that applies in this particular housing development which is special in many ways.

I didn't see anything today, but I didn't check before 8. Did anyone see anything?

If I were tasked with devising a means of torture, this lottery would come pretty close.
