Yes, the “platinum” renovation is very nice.

Good morning, everyone! Here’s a two-bedroom, 505 East 14th Street, Apt. 1B, $5,161, classic finish. This building is directly on 14th Street, across from Target, but I believe this unit is set back a little bit behind some trees. And this is not on the ground floor. I would say this is the third floor, above T and M.

Thanks for posting those, Sabavoon! But to me, any one-bedroom over $4,000 shouldn’t be considered a lottery apartment.

Thanks for posting. Every time I see these listings, I realize how lucky I was to get my apartment in the 2021 Lottery!
Honestly, besides the wood grain in the kitchen, I see no difference in the appearance. I have the same newer style floor planks. The doorknobs and hallway lights look the same. I can't see paying more than $2k more for basically the same apartment over some moderate kitchen aesthetics. All of my kitchen appliances that I bought new are smart devices, so I'm probably ahead of what they are giving here.
Edit. The temperature controls in the tub are an improvement' still, it does not equate to $25000 a year more in rent!

Yes, you are lucky! The 2021 lottery was the one to win. How do you like Stuy Town/PCV?

I know those are really high, that's why I have been checking for actually affordable one here.
