Since this is not Stuy Town, I do not know what this means, sorry. Stuy Town includes all utilities in the rent except for a monthly charge for each AC. That charge is determined by the state.

For those who applied. How long did it take them to send you your log number after filing your application? Also if you are log 2 or 3, can you still apply for other places?
Thanks.

If it does not say you can’t apply to other places it should not be an issue if a person in log# 1, 2, or 3. Does this process exclude existing residents?

As far as I know, it doesn't exclude current residents.

I found out the next day - afternoon - my number. If you are number 1 they will not allow you to apply to other units.

In my case, I usually received an email notification the day after applying, either confirming I was first in line to begin the application process or indicating I'm not first. However, I was unsure of my position - they don't say if you are second or third or otherwise.
I could apply for other apartments, but occasionally encountered errors when an earlier application was pending. I really don't know if it was me, or the system, or something else.

In my experience, if you're not the first applicant, it can take weeks to receive an invitation to apply. Sometimes, the apartment will get re-listed even if you're having a pending application. It's been a somewhat confusing process from my perspective.
