I got offered the apartment. I am so excited about it will be signing the lease from September 30th and hopefully moving in soon. It doesn't come with a microwave and i have to pay the First month’s rent + A/C, Security deposit which for me was one month of rent and Background and credit screening fee

Congrats a lot. Today is the day of good news for people. BTW the email of the offer was saying one month security deposit but when i was redirected to Obligo for payment their option for security deposit was either pay a monthly fee (if you qualify) or $1000 for security deposit. I choose the $1000 but you have an option.
That's great if there's an option for a reduced security deposit.
I hope they'll waive the fee for the lease break on our current ST apartment. I just renewed our lease in August.
