Great price, very nice location, should be quiet. Even though this is on M level, it’s up one flight.

8 minutes is actually a long time. I’ve seen them gone in one minute.

One bedroom, one bath

442 East 20th Street, Apt. 2G

$3,508.17

No 3D tour offered, only floor plan.

Very nice location, set back into the complex and convenient to First Ave.

This listing was gone pretty fast. I guess competition is heating up for the mid-price units.

Is it just me or is almost 2900 a horrible price for a one bedroom? Lol

^^^ $2,900 is on the cheaper side! We've seen them here up to $4,200. You can look through this thread for the prices.

The really cheap ones are going to the 2021 lottery people.

It's all relative. If you can find a one-bedroom in the area cheaper than that, and in good shape with an elevator, and rent-stabilized, go for it!

Hey macnyc, you clearly have your finger on the pulse...is it true that *all* ST apartments are RS, pending litigation by Blackstone? I've lost track.
