I applied to this one for one of my friends who is in the lower 130% AMI and they asked her to submit documents she was no 1. in the list. It is a good deal for her, and she is happy that finally can afford to be in the city.
I think I and lots of other applicants are waiting for lower prices. Those will disappear in less than a minute or two. I started applying for two of them and by the time I finished filling out applications i wasn't in the first three persons who applied for them. They only have offered three one-bedrooms and maybe two two-bedrooms that are actually affordable for people in 100% ami or 80% ami.
Sabavoon, please don't get too discouraged. Waiting for a good offer can be a real pain. I had to wait a long time too, and I was almost ready to give up. I'm now first in line for a two bedroom — finally! I took lots of breaks because it was frustrating. But when I thought about how some folks wait for years to get an apartment, it made me realize that the system isn't that bad. Don't lose hope; it can work out in the end.
I will try my best to get one. I am real hopeful. If it is destined i will get it if not I have done all I could the rest is not in my hands. Thank you all for the words of encouragements and helps
I'm not entirely certain, but I've noticed a trend. Most listings seem to pop up on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Occasionally, you might spot a some units listed on Mondays. However, it's pretty rare to see any listings crop up on Wednesdays, Fridays, or over the weekend.
I didn’t see anything today, but I was somewhat distracted.
Long holiday weekend is coming up, nothing happens in most offices Thursday and or Friday before a three day weekend.
