l received a letter from housing, it's a 3br in the Stapleton Development I have 3 boys 13,11 and 4 years old l'm from the Bronx should I take it.
Yes take it and please leave the Bronx. We already have more than enough low income people living in the Bronx. We're trying to cleanse the Bronx for these low income demographic so we can transform it to a more middle class borough.
Staten Island is SO different than any other one of the boroughs. Let's face it Manhattan is 1.8 million while SI is less than 25% of Manhattan's population.
There are NYCHA in SI that have the appearance of a private housing complex that the image people have of NYCHA. As far as loitering goes in NYCHA the complexes in and around Coney Island are the worst.
Ok so I received a noticed in the mail from Lower East side 2 but In terms or driving it was harsh trying to find parking. I have a car and I dont plan on giving that up. I also weighed out possible living expenses compared to living in brooklyn or queens. Im thinking of switching my choice from les the problem is picking one that is good in terms of starting at one bedroom apartments not studios, neighborhood, inside and outside, no or extremeley low and rare crime, grocery stores, is accessible to transportation incase i want to not drive, also a concern is parking. Im thinking about
Bayview houses(BROOKLYN)- idk how there are, please help
Forest hills(QUEENS) -way different for me but i heard they have a long wiating list but is accessible by mta and automobile
Pomonok(QUEENS)- reconsidering because of neighborhood, but they are distant from mta, making it a lil difficult for some of expected visitors who dont have a car
Brekelen(BROOKLYN)- because its also relatively close and they have parking lots but i did hear about high crimes with gangs and robbery
Glenwood(BROOKLYN) -is also close but the parking sucks i dont think they have parking lots?
Anyone has any info on these choices or some others in relation to what fit the needs i listed above
i recently got approved for four housing apts... They are:

melrose houses
i have til june 1st to decided which one i wanna choose but i don't know which one is the best... Can someone tell me which one is the safest? I know every housing projects is gonna have drama, drug dealers, etc... But, i don't wanna be locked in because it's too bad... I have three boys... I already heard about butler... I also got accepted to one in staten island (stapleton) but i denied it cuz i heard it was real bad... Can someone help me make a wise choice? Thank u so much...
what are the worst and the best nycha developments
The worst ones are the ones you gotta live in and the best are those that you'll manage to avoid & never even have to look at until the day you gasp your final last breath on this planet.

I live in SI and haven't really been to the South Bronx much (but I have been to Stapleton), but I doubt the Stapleton Houses are more dangerous than the South Bronx projects you mentioned.
