That's 5 more than the last update 6-7 weeks before so things are still moving (although still slow). lnycnyc I think had a number in the 30s so they should get ready!

Cdezey,
Wow colorful but in good condition though. Short term you can pain them all one color.
The kitchens forthe two bedroom are gallery style all cabinets and stove on one side and thr frige across from the stove.

Yeah, I would keep those if it were me. My main concern when I finally get called would be the floors and needing to splash out some cash to redo them.

not bad. it moved up two apartment from last months report.

Default Cost of kitchen cabinets

U will have vinyl floors, and honestly the cabinets are horrible and I cannot fit a bigger stove until I do something about the cabinets I got a place in brooklyn should be about 800 hundred for the cabinets with shaker style doors.
