What I hate are the stations with narrow platforms and wide staircases down the middle. You get two feet or less of walkway on either side of the stairs and if one person is walking North and the other South, one of you must walk along the yellow danger zone. A simple shoulder bump can put you off balance and onto the tracks.
Been doing that for the past decades. At least you are doing it now.
Maybe you should only take buses if you feel you have to hug the back wall to avoid being pushed on the tracks.
