I had this exact same situation. Just bring proof you lived in the city during 2007 when we took the test. Federal income tax return is the best to bring in. Once they see that you are good.
XWOP no, but XWP sure. They are your hours, so use them.
This and if you search the forum, I've said this a few times. Do NOT use xwop on probation. Plussss having the unique position to say I was an instructor when the 2013 classes were hired, I know they told you this. Plus I told anyone I took driving this. Its like saying "yeah I'm never even going to come in to work." Plus they view it as you not working your probation and extend you. This is especially true in Manhattan, it was a big deal in M7 last year. XWP is fine. If you have no hours and need a day off on probation....chart change
If your a rookie with no hours that must mean the senior guys are just beasts because I got about 44 hours out if all this snow
