No one is condoning murder. The cops are at fault for his death but this guy has been arrested 31 times since 1988. By now, he should know better than to resist arrest with the cops. You don't resist arrest since it will never go your way. You go peacefully and request a lawyer. You're not arguing with your momma; you're arguing with cops who carry guns, batons, tazers, etc.

He is not 50. His his health wise yes but is physical age is 43.
I'm not understanding the "How were the cops supposed to know he was ill?" question.
Um........how do you know anyone is ill? People big and small, short and tall are walking around with various illnesses everyday and you wouldn't even know it.
So if that's the case, then you shouldn't be putting your hands on anyone, PERIOD. Since you never know.........right?
