^ Is that a police only range ? https://www.google.com/maps/@40.6912...7i13312!8i6656

It's right on the border with Cypress Hills. I always assumed it is a police only range.

It's open to civilians as well.

That's been there well over 40 years and it has nothing to do with the police unless they want to use it like anyone else with an appropriate license. I lived done the block from that range and my old house could be seen in that pic if the trees weren't in bloom. Never heard any sounds from the place.

Here's a little time warp back to the late 1800's, One of my favorite properties in all of Woodhaven.

Here's another, if you take a look in the backyard you can see it still has the original Carriage house.

Went to my folks house in Woodhaven yesterday. They were handing out anti-SBS bus flyers. Personally, I'm all for it. What about you? They were arguing that SBS would end up bringing more traffic to the side roads. Not sure I buy it.

Yeah, forgot about that one. That's a nice piece of property for sure.

I support it too. If you ever took a ride on a bus on Woodhaven BLVD you noticed how slow it moved due to traffic and how traffic slowly moved behind a bus.
