My log number 79,000 even tho I have community preference
To those of you who don't live in the arena , it isn't as bad as ppl making it sound.
And in the past 5 years a lot of business have been opening up in the arena
Lots of bars and "brunch" restaurants on Broadway so if you guys get an interview best of luck because the neighborhood is def worth it
I got an interview next Friday. I'm a little nervous though. All my documents are in order and I'm definitely within the income guidelines. But my credit score isn't the best right now. It's 600. I hope that doesn't blow it for me

My log was 3,700-something. I have Community Board preference.

When do you expect to hear? I see the development is no longer listed on HousingConnect.
I had my interview two Fridays ago. I had everything ready to go so it seemed easy for me. They told me to expect to hear back in a couple of weeks and the building would be done end of June!
Walked by today; saw ceiling fans installed, interior ac's, and even some Kitchen lights.
