Yes I have community preference. She said it takes about 10 days to receive the rejection letter. I was born and raised in the neighborhood and it has improved a lot. Lots of cafes and bars easy access to trains and it not to much noise at night. 2 parks one easy one west. Like any neighborhood in NYC you have your bad seeds but it's expected at this point. I didn't get to see an apartment that would be the only thing that would stop me from taking it if it's not worth the price.
I have not received a rejection letter I prefer that than not knowing anything at this point. Every time
I call she has no update. My interview was two months ago. I am not community preference.
Thanks for the video! Im on the list for a 2 bedroom. Im not sure about the time frame this is my first time being called for a lottery. When I went Tuesday there were a lot of people there interviewing for 1 bedrooms. I know she had most of the apartments circled off as completed and a few left for the 1 bedrooms. Hopefully if I get the letter by next week I can ask some more questions when I resubmit the documents.
