The other incedent, where a 14 years old was chased onto the highway, makes my skin crawl. Reminds me of ft.
Apache on fire.
Not for giving credit to the bodega dude, but they sure had some good high definition video. Probably the biggest piece of evidence to convict.
The video girl should be charged as an accessory, since she lied and pointed him out. All those occupants in the car should be charged.
Girls do that all the time and most walk or get little trouble. It’s the reason why sometimes women will often set up men up like this without thinking about consequences.
Belmont has been surprisingly dangerous for a long time. I knew someone who lived there a few years ago and said it was really bad. Did anyone look up the crime statistics to see if it's more dangerous now than in the past?
The household income in Belmont is very, very low so it's not surprising

Didn't something like that happen in The Bronx a couple years ago? Maybe someone here knows what I'm referring to
I don’t think the question of being legal should be asked because Dominicans even when Legal are known for being more loyal to their Spanish language. Specifically the ones in NYC!
Not the US born ones, though

Maybe half of them, compared to parts of Latin America where it's 1%

Stuff like this happens all the time. Here’s an infamous story. Romeo who was the actor in Steve Harvey was gunned down in LA after a 15 year old girl got him murdered!
Yeah but still, getting caught is so likely that I don't know why idiot criminals continue to kill people.
Like seriously, every last one of these dudes were caught after just a few days.
Well yea similar to when a cop gets shot. Seems like they almost always get the perp. If the story makes a headline cops will usually go hard.
But I’ve seen stories where the cops could dig in if they wanted to but since the story doesn’t even make news they don’t go as hard to find the perp.
Oh and for the record the people who do get caught still have a chance to beat their case which to me is the worst. Imagine knowing someone killed your friend and the judge saying not guilty or acquittal?

Well cops usually get killed in in very public locations, so that's also part of why the killer always gets caught.
Meanwhile, a gang murder might take place in the woods with no witnesses around. It's much harder to piece together the clues for a murder that took place in the woods in Brentwood as opposed to someone killing someone in The Bronx with cameras everywhere.
Also, a lot of the cop killers commit suicide or get killed right on the scene anyway.
