So they waited till today to tell me that electric stoves are not allowed in the apt without a written permission from the landlord. I submitted a request. Now their lawyer is crafting the language that they will add to the rider. They said it would be a two burner hot plate only. I tried to get to agree on electric stove instead of hot plate . I am waiting to get the full rider. I am also allowed only a portable AC not a regular unit. According to the rider the apt has to be professionally cleaned at the end of the lease other wise they would deduct $150 from my security deposit.
So yeah I am a bit upset.
Try it with a broken ankle, a blown knee, or a pair of crutches. Or, God forbid, a WALKER.
"Boy, look at the booty on her. She must have been something before she broker her neck."
I've done it with sprained ankle, I survived...
You take what life gives you, and handle it like a bad ass mo-fo.
If you do take the ampartment and sign a lease, make sure the first thing you do is contact DMHR to get the rent history. You may have found a $200 apartment?
Sounds like you have the kind of landlords who would pull a fast one.
