If you have been on a case then you would know that you base your decisions based on evidence not hearsay. This is just an indictment and the prosecution still needs to do its due diligence.

you base it on evidence and what the law says and dictates for those actions with that evidence

Of course and everyone jumping to conclusions isn't privy to all of the evidence. I've sat on a case as a juror. I think we were all focused on ensuring that we weren't bias and looked at the evidence and what the law says and dictates.

I agree about the civil case. Is Penny from money? If not, it won't be worth much to the Neely family.

What bugs me about the current GFM is that his legal team set it up. So if Penny decides these guys are clowns, and wants a new defense team, will he have access to these funds?

Is Barry Slotnick still practicing??...that's who I would want.

Most of that money will be spent for his defense and by the time the civil case gets adjudicated it can be hid from the civil case verdict.
