I'm all for not prosecuting any of the prostitutes, but they should go maximum scorched earth on pimps and lock them up for huge numbers of years. The slavery remaining in this country are all sex slaves to the pimps who abuse and control their lives, usually runaway girls who go from an abusive home situation to an even worse abusive sex slave situation
if they legalize and tax it these problems mostly go away and the girls are a lot safer.
NY State and NYC should legalize prostitution because prostitution was created by the government to force people that the government doesn't like to suffer a lot and commit suicide. If not that, prostitution was designed to get people (especially women) tortured, killed, and ignored. The government is hateful towards women and it needs to end.
The title is misleading. Decriminalizing "everything?" The topic seems to just be on sex work. I would like to see all the things being decriminalized or else the title should change.
Prostitution has been legal in Nevada for over a hundred years. Not every county, though, allows legal brothels. Most brothels are located far outside a city, but Ely Nevada's brothels were located right in the city but on a side street. There were 4 at one time but now only 1 survives and it's turned into an Asian massage parlor.
I feel sorry for those women degrading themselves because they have no other skills. Me being a man, it would gross me out to sleep with such used up women. I certainly wouldn’t want one as my wife.
