Early WW 11 a metal clothes hanger and 0.10 cents was a ticket into the movie theatre.

First movie I ever saw was "Trail Of The Lonesome Pine." Was so excited to get to go see a movie. The only thing I remember about is is that a little boy got killed and I was really upset.

You must be getting up there in years, Mr. (or Ms.) Grove. Trail of the Lonesome Pine came out in 1936.
