That there are two big reasons that cause and exacerbate neuropathy...one is eating processed foods later in the day, close to bedtime....I paid for that one....won't do it again. There are many reasons thou that do cause neuropathy overall.
It's the sugar, yes, but mostly the lack of distraction when you're in bed. The time you lie down trying to fall asleep.
I am still learning some tricks regarding use of this vBulletin board. Just recently other member told me how to leave reputation comment while using a phone. I struggled with that a long time...
I found out the light does go off when you close the refrigerator door. Unfortunately, I got frostbite when I crawled inside to solve the mystery and the door jammed. Obviously I did escape.
That's not a given. You could have had an Internet-enabled refrigerator.
Just think how much longer you would live with your body temperature lowered. Well, at least until you ran out of food.

Hope this is helpful to all of you out there that have had many sleepless nights tossing and turning wondering.
Oh dear, my sister and brother discovered that at quite an early age when my sister locked my brother in the refrigerator when my mom was cleaning it. Good thing my mother heard him after coming up from the basement.

Oh this happened after I was asleep for some hrs..I sleep good overall but the "dip" I ate did it later in the night.....hasn't happened again, as I won't do that.....But sugars are the killers for so much and just thinking about the MS and my sis was a sugarholic and she's gone, lost the MS battle. Whole other story.
I learned that there are some people who always wipe their bums when sitting on the toilet, and others that always stand up first and then wipe. That explained some toilet designs with unusually high bowl water level. Apparently, the two groups are generally not even aware there is anther group or method.
WHOA! Who knew? And...How exactly did you learn that?
Someone once told me that people in Japan face the back when sitting on the toilet.
I found out that someone in New Jersey can talk to my refrigerator in New Mexico and figure out what is wrong with it. The problem was that it needed a new motherboard. Why does it need a motherboard? So that it can talk to someone in New Jersey. I didn't know it was on the internet...it's probably on C-D. The cost of the motherboard was enormous and they couldn't replace it from New Jersey. A repair guy had to come to my house for that -- he could have probably fixed the problem if there wasn't a motherboard.
A couple of weeks ago I learned that Neil Young and Stephen Stills were part of Buffalo Springfield. 1. I didn't know that 2. WHY didn't I know that? 3. I SHOULD have known that.
I still don't understand why there are 7 colors in the rainbow. Three primary colors - Red, Blue, Yellow. Three in-between colors - Violet (R&B mixed), Green (B&Y mixed) and Orange (R&Y mixed). So what's with Indigo - bluish purple? Why not have a greenish yellow or an orangey red?
One thing I learned - FEMA will send nurses to help out in an emergency - local nursing home got hit hard by Covid, staff and patients, some staff were working with no days off. FEMA nurses to the rescue.
That's pretty arbitrary, probably related to Newton's dabbling in alchemy. The human eye can only distinguish three colors, plus monochrome. All other colors are synthesized by our nervous system.
