I don't love leftovers, nor do I hate them. Some things make better leftovers than others, so I'm selective in that I'll sometimes make extra of certain meals to have as leftovers, especially to bring to work for lunch. Some things just don't reheat that well. Some things you can't help but have leftovers like roasts when you don't have company over to help you eat them. They make good sandwiches anyway. Or in salads.

Lets talk about Leftovers !! Waste Not Want Not! is my adage.....I like to use leftovers in successive dishes....not just re-heated and served again. There are some dishes that need left over as an ingredient....e.g. ham and bean soup....corn beef hash. Some leftovers make a fantastic sandwich......turkey sandwiches really require left over turkey.
