Where did I write anything about skin color being indicative of a negative trait?
When have you not? You post suspect facts about incarceration levels and admit the only thing you know about this boy is his skin color and you are bothered by that and you find stereotypical Aryan features more appealing (I hate to tell you but Europe isn't lilly white).

Haha, it's easy to type all these politically correct, flowery things about how this person is a racist for feeling the way they said they feel, but I would bet good money that if most of these "Liberal Thinkers" children came home with a black boyfriend or girlfriend tomorrow it would be a replay of "Guess who's coming to dinner !" Easy to say when it isn't your own Son or Daughter.
This is the part you racists will never get. No, it's not "healthy and positive", it's the very worst and lowest tendencies in us. It's the part of us we should recognize as a lower instinct held over from our caveman days and reject, because when we do life becomes infinitely more beautiful. Maybe you think it's healthy and positive for those who created Western civilization to mix with those who created African civilization. I fail to see how that could result in any benefit to Western people. To date, the cumulative results have proven to be overwhelmingly negative for them. Nonetheless, we're getting off topic. I think the OP is having a very normal reaction and yes, a natural, instinctual one. One that he need not feel ashamed of or apologize for.

I doubt very seriously that the 17-year-old black teenager that the OP's daughter is dating had anything to do with the creation of African civilization.
However if its just an act of rebellion thats is a whole other issue..

Crime and other social statistics being what they are, no you aren't being unreasonable. Your number one job as a parent is to protect your child. If that means other people call you names, so be it.
It's actually a matter of nature and biological survival that you want your daughter to date, marry and have kids with someone of her own race. It's a no brainer and I hope your daughter hasn't made a mistake that will turn her into another kardashian.
