I don't think women teachers should be carrying on with middle-school boys, either... but given the opportunity, I absolutely believe that a huge percentage of 13 year old boys would do it. Happily. And of those, a very small percentage would regret it. Ever.

I dont disagree but that is not what I am saying. They prefrontal cortex having not reached its peak has nothing to do with a 13 year olds sex drive or decisions on consenting to sex.

She looks like a gang-banger with that neck tattoo. She did a horrible thing to that young child. She ruined his life. A child of 13 years should not have to contend with fatherhood. She is despicable.
