Riiight...Phoenix PD just randomly decided to instigate. Cause...you know...they're cops and they do that.

Nice videos circulating the 'net this morning showing anti-Trump losers punching a black Trump supporter as he sat in the bed of his friend's pickup truck, right after diffusing an altercation. Such classy basement-dwellers, these anti-Trump trolls are!

Not all Trump suppprtees are uneducated white supremacist racists, but anti-Trump supporters are basement dwelling trolls? Why are sweeping generalizations acceptable for one side but not the other?

Well, it was your very own Hillary Clinton who called these thugs "basement dwellers" (her words squarely aimed at Bernie supporters), and I'm just borrowing the term. Don't like the sweeping generalizations? Blame your own.

People have been bussed to protests for ages, that is nothing new. Church groups, university groups, etc. It is a practical matter. If everyone took their own car, where would they park?

Now protesters being paid actors is another thing entirely. And I don't buy it, for either side. Why would people pay for something they can get for free?

I guess she (after getting hit) had to find out the hard way that the Phoenix PD wasn't going to wait around like those in Berkley or Charlottesville.

On a side note, my MIL is safe and sound. Her group left shortly after Trump began his campaign speech.
Good to hear your MIL is safe (assuming you like your MIL)! Her group sounds like the smart ones...

As for the gassing thing, I fully believe the PD had stuff tossed at them and so released gas that floats on air. I watched the stuff get blown around last night, there's no controlling that. Either those "innocents" were in the wrong place/wrong time or weren't smart enough to leave when told to disperse.

My guess and what will probably be borne out by investigation is those people were just unfortunate people who were put in that position by the dirtbags/Anti-Faaaa bent on violence. Had the dirtbags/Anti-Faaa been more concerned with the "innocent" people around them and not tossed things there would have been no problems at all.

There were reports from reputable observers (including a Tempe city councilman) that the police used tear gas without ever first ordering people to disperse. Throwing water bottles (yes, there was a report of rocks) wasn't much provocation, and could have been met with a more measured response.

We will see what the investigation shows. It's a good thing to review how these matters are handled. He will be back, after all, if the "campaign" continues to 2020.

Because without the notion the conspiracy theorists would have less to get all triggered about.
